Introducing Terry Glover as the Regional Director for our Memphis Office

Terry Glover, PE

Cornerstone Engineering is excited to introduce Terry Glover, PE as the Regional Director for our Memphis, TN office. Mr Glover has over 45 years’ experience completing projects from concept to completion, in specialties including Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Government, in a multi-state/international area. Prior to joining the Cornerstone Team, Mr. Glover worked for the City of Memphis, Division of Engineering for over 15 years as a Senior Design Engineer. He joined our Team in August 2023.

He has extensive experience performing Municipal Planning, Program Management, Project Management, and QA/QC Operations. His specialty in military logistics operations allows him to complete projects for Cornerstone ranging from Transportation, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Hydrology, Survey, and Power Distribution. Mr. Glover has worked with multiple departments within the City of Memphis and State of TN to improve Quality of Life for its citizens. We are Proud to have him on our Cornerstone Team.
